Ruby-chan from Tokyo's outfit is somewhat reminiscent of Tora-san, also known as Torajiro Kuruma, the protagonist from the classic TV drama and film "Otoko wa Tsurai yo" (It's Tough Being a Man), but...she's not wearing a hat or carrying a bag.
